You’ll fly into Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM) in Lima. Round-trip airport transfers from LIM to the hotel are included.

Anyone 13 and up is welcome. Whether you’re solo, traveling with friends, or as a couple, this experience is designed to fit a variety of travelers. This is a small-group trip with only 15 spots available. Keeping the group small allows for a more personal and connected experience.
Heavy. Expect a lot of walking, city tours, uneven surfaces, and active experiences like sand dunes and outdoor excursions. This trip is best for travelers who are comfortable staying active throughout the day.
July is considered winter in Peru. In Lima, you can expect mild temperatures averaging 60–70°F during the day, with cooler mornings and evenings. The city often has overcast skies and a coastal mist called “La Garúa,” so it may feel cooler than the temperature suggests. Pack light layers, a jacket for evenings, and comfortable walking shoes. If you get cold easily, a sweater or scarf will come in handy.
This experience does not include Machu Picchu. However, if visiting is on your bucket list, your travel agent can help you book an add-on before or after the group trip so you can make the most of your time in Peru.
Yes. While the itinerary is full of experiences, you’ll also have downtime to explore on your own, shop, or relax at the hotel.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months after travel dates. For this trip, it cannot expire before January 23, 2027.
The trip begins in Lima on July 23, 2026 with hotel check-in at Fairfield Marriott Lima Miraflores. It ends on July 28, 2026 with check-out and included transfers back to Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM).
If you’re booking your own flights, plan to arrive in Lima (LIM) by 4:00 PM local time on July 23 to make the welcome mixer. Departure transfers are included on July 28.

This trip is extra special because it takes place during Peru’s Independence celebrations. Expect local events, parades, and festivals happening all around Lima that you’ll get to enjoy alongside our planned activities.
